Tae Shishou

One of my most beloved characters.

She is Tae shishou (master Tae, maestra Tae) from my pirate series.

I really love her design and how she came to be. I was trying to draw Chun-Li from my memory and absolutely loved how she lokked without her Ox Horns. I tought it would be interesting if she didn't had an arm and an eye (and just a few days ago I discovered they are the same arm and eye than Baiken from Guilty Gear is missing : P).

Also, I clothed her like a male because that's sexy (jajaja), and made her smoke because she just looks so damn good smoking!! (+jajaja)

She is a martial artist master, maybe the strongest one alive. And true to her status she doesn't smoke, but she is depicted doing so because the story plot requires it (truth to be told, I just liked her smoking so I made a plot to make her smoke, jejje).

She seems young but isn't. May be on her late forties even.

She is from Hong Kong but a natural blonde, "why?" you ask? Well, it has something to do with the story... and my drawing habits. Turns out I like to draw just the outline and never ever shade, so all my characters are blonde since the white of the paper is blonde on a color scheme. So I'm dooodling, and before I notice I've already visualized my character as blonde just because that's how I draw it... Yeah, shame on me.

I'll try to make a color version once I learn photoshop so I can show the draw style I want to use for this series.
